Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle. Returns for defective service: If the service is not functioning as described due to a fault on our side, please contact us at contact@sysemperor.com. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a full or partial refund at our discretion within 14 days of the reported issue. |
